A quarterly business review is a recurring strategic meeting, usually 60 to 90 minutes each quarter, between a supplier and a customer. It covers performance against prior commitments, what is changing in the customer’s business, risks in the relationship, and an agreed plan for the next quarter. The term also describes internal leadership reviews of a company’s own quarterly results, so it is worth clarifying which kind is meant when the meeting gets scheduled.
