Vx Group Demand Generation Specialists facilitate essential research and logistics for multiple ongoing campaigns. As an A-player in this role, you support a team of Demand Generation Managers by executing key research and campaign management tasks to build a pipeline of target prospects. You have a motivated curiosity to learn about niche-B2B concepts; are driven to support your peers; and genuinely get excited when your team wins a new qualified opportunity.

Support the tactical execution of multiple concurrent demand generation programs

  • Conduct market research, build lead lists and manage campaign data and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation Managers to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Iterate market research based on key findings and feedback from Demand Generation Managers.

Maintain Sales and Marketing Systems across client accounts

  • Execute processes and manage data in essential software platforms – ZoomInfo, Zoho CRM, SalesLoft and Salesforce.
  • Consistently follow defined processes and proactively suggest improvements to ensure highest level of CRM data quality for all client accounts.
  • Track and measure the quality of inbound leads from client websites and propose improvements to digital ad targeting criteria.

Support Vx Group’s sales process and new customer acquisition efforts

  • Ensure Vx Group team is effectively maintaining prospect engagement at all stages of sales cycle from cold to close.
  • Own Vx Group’s sales reporting and metrics in Zoho CRM.
  • Participate in and generate executive summaries for all recurring Business Development team meetings and milestones.

  • Consistent delivery of high quality, thoroughly vetted target lists and supporting materials.
  • Indisputable metrics for Vx Group’s New Customer Acquisition program that drive high-level decision making.

  • Demand Generation Team KPIs — quality of procured lead data, response rates, engagement quality, total transitioned opportunities.
