About the Role
You’re someone who gets energy from connection—the kind of person who remembers names, follows through, and thrives on helping businesses grow through meaningful relationships. As a Relationship Developer at Vx Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients identify, engage, and develop high-value B2B relationships that align with their growth goals.
This isn’t cold-calling or transactional sales. It’s relationship science meets business strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and resources to bring clarity, focus, and humanity to the process of business and relationship development. You’ll guide prospects and clients through the MiM (Measured in Millions) process—turning introductions into insights, insights into opportunities, and opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and align internal resources on each client’s goals, voice, ICPs, and communication style.
- Guide the relationship development process—from initial outreach to key gates including Qualified Relationship, Engaged & Interested, Opportunity Shared, and Solution Presented.
- Work directly with clients to help them understand the why, how, and what of relationship development—setting expectations and building confidence in every stage.
- Collaborate across internal teams to craft messaging and develop creative strategies that stand out in crowded B2B spaces.
- Maintain flawless, real-time CRM accuracy, building notes that tell the story behind every relationship and its opportunity potential.
- Audit and optimize lists, targets, and messaging to ensure relevance and continuous improvement.
- Communicate directly with prospects through video, phone, and email to build trust and advance business conversations.
