As an expert at enabling the success of our program delivery teams, your practical “roll up your sleeves and get $%^# done” attitude and hunger for setting and delivering aligned results, activities, deliverables and ultimately the value of their team’s work will help drive measurable growth for our clients.

Program Ownership – The Vx Way

We are turning over a new leaf here at the Vx Group. For more than a decade, we have been focused on providing significant growth opportunities for our clients. But, as our client base grew, our staff did not. Over the next year, we plan to grow the Vx Group exponentially. That’s where you come in.

Vx Group Program Owners will ensure their portfolio of 6-10 clients has absolute clarity on “where they are” in their growth journey and where they are going while aligning their team of directors and managers to deliver results.

It’s a challenging position that will require you to:

  • Work with client leaders and CEOs to define goals and business financials that guide growth plan strategies and tactics.
  • Guide and develop direct reports in their planning, execution, and customer service. Maintain regular 1:1 conversations and rally your teammates around a common vision.
  • Strategically plan and collaborate with your team and with Studio resources to manage workloads, budgets, and client priorities. Communicate proactively if/when work is on track or off-track to manage risks and develop plans accordingly.
  • Effectively write correspondence to engage clients.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years B2B marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Sales and Marketing with proven ability to deliver consistently strong and measurable results.
  • Demonstrate metric-focused rigor and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Proficient & comfortable with sales, marketing & communications technology.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Email, database, and digital marketing experience.
