However, as our client roster expanded, our internal team remained relatively unchanged. In the coming year, we have ambitious plans to propel the Vx Group into exponential growth, and this is where your role becomes pivotal.

As a Vx Producer, you’ll be at the heart of our growth plans, serving as a driving force to ensure our teams stay organized and on track. Producers are responsible for working with the delivery team members for the fulfillment of client programs. You will be a master of calendars and easily schedule, reschedule, and follow up, to make sure Vx resources have the facetime they need with clients and work is being completed.

You will gain insight into longer-term initiatives and manage overlapping project timelines. As well as working with Vx expert resources to resolves cross-account bottlenecks and deadline conflicts.

Your success will be dependent on three things: Your ability to create strong, positive relationships & communication with clients and the Vx team, commitments being delivered as expected, & making sure all program deliverables are on track.

• Proficiency in sales, marketing, & communications technology

• Email, database, & digital marketing experience
• Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings across different time zones
• Comfortability planning and participating in highly productive meetings, sharing agendas, recapping discussion points, and updating deliverables/action items after meeting
• Drive to consistently gather updates from team members and look ahead to upcoming deliverables to inform both the internal team members as well as clients
