About the Role

At Vx Group, we help companies achieve trajectory-changing growth through our Measured in Millions (MiM) methodology. As a MiM Coach, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic guide for our clients, ensuring they gain clarity, confidence, and measurable progress on their growth journey.

You’ll work directly with CEOs and leadership teams, facilitating high-value conversations, aligning stakeholders around long-term goals, and ensuring execution stays on track. Through teaching, coaching, and guiding, you’ll transform how companies think about growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on strategy, facilitation, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client relationships – Act as the primary point of contact, growing and retaining client accounts while aligning expectations with strategic growth plans.
  • Educate and coach – Teach clients the principles of the MiM Strategic Order, helping them understand the “why” and “how” of each stage and how following this methodology will drive their growth goals.
  • Facilitate strategy sessions – Work alongside our Architects in workshops to draw out insights and shape client-specific Playbooks.
  • Drive accountability – Monitor progress using the MiM Scoreboard, coaching clients through key decisions to keep plans on track.
  • Guide Playbook use – Help clients understand how to actively use their Playbook as the primary tool to guide their growth journey.
  • Orchestrate resources – Coordinate internal and client teams to sustain momentum and deliver results.
  • Build trust – Deliver a consistent, clarity-driven client experience that positions Vx Group as an indispensable partner.
  • Lead teams – Provide leadership and direction to Architects and other fulfillment team members, ensuring alignment and collaboration across accounts.
  • Manage performance – Oversee the work of Architects, guiding priorities, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
  • Drive business outcomes – Take ownership of revenue growth and retention responsibilities within assigned client accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and mitigating risks of churn.

  • Clients rate their experience 5 out of 5 in clarity, confidence, and progress.
  • Client and revenue retention aligned with company financial targets.
  • Proactive efforts to retain clients including up/down selling.
  • MiM Playbook milestones are completed on time and aligned with growth principles.
  • Strategic client decisions are documented, actionable, and forward-focused.
  • MiM Scoreboard metrics are actively managed, with results regularly communicated to clients.
  • Strong relationships are built with leadership teams, making Vx Group a key growth partner.
  • Coaches effectively teach, gather, synthesize, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Clients adopt and consistently use Vx Group’s MiM language in their planning and execution.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles such as consulting, coaching, account management, or strategy.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level conversations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution.
