Inbound – The Vx Way

Many sales teams suffer from a common ailment – salespeople get stuck managing current customers, so they lack the time to pound the pavement to find new customers. That’s where we come in.

Our Inbound Team finds targets that meet our Client’s ideal customer profile, open lines of communication with them and deliver a consistent flow of high value opportunities right to their sales staff.

Your goal as Inbound Team Lead is to deliver a consistent weekly flow of new relationships across multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns. As a technically astute leader, you’ll do this by constantly adapting techniques, messaging, and channels to attract and engage high-value contacts.

Your success will be dependent on your ability to build and lead a team of marketing professionals to launch and manage high-performing marketing campaigns to generate weekly leads for us and our clients, communicate clear and trainable systems to drive the success of your team, and provide thought leadership, metrics analysis and activation while consistently working on the development and continuous improvement of your team, methods, and processes within the Inbound Studio.

It’s a unique role because it requires you to be able to navigate two very different worlds. It’s going to be challenging, but also kind of fun.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years leading B2B sales or marketing teams.
  • 2+ years working in lead generation and building outbound sequences.
  • Certificates or proven knowledge in specific platforms such as WordPRess, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Callrail, Google Analytics, etc..
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing outbound frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Proficient & comfortable with sales, marketing & communications technology.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
